Terms of Service

1. Service

FlowGuard (flowguard.watch) is a workflow monitoring service that connects to your self-hosted n8n instance and alerts you when workflows stop running or fail. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowGuard to monitor workflows that process illegal content or activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the FlowGuard API.
• Share account credentials or resell access to the service.
• Provide API keys or credentials you are not authorised to use.

3. Your data and credentials

You are solely responsible for the n8n API keys you add to FlowGuard. You must ensure you have the right to provide these credentials to a third-party service. FlowGuard stores them solely to perform workflow monitoring on your behalf and will not use them for any other purpose.

4. Monitoring is best-effort

FlowGuard polls your n8n instances on a regular schedule but does not guarantee real-time detection of failures. Alert delivery depends on third-party email services outside our control. FlowGuard is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for your own operational procedures.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

FlowGuard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowGuard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed workflow alerts, business interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with FlowGuard, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting hello@flowguard.watch. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible unless required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record; their Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination all your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of FlowGuard after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
